Whether you make an appointment in advance or walk in to our clinic, this is what you can expect during your visit.
For the well being of all if you or anyone in your household is currently ill we would ask you please postpone visiting the center until you and your household are well.
In preparation for your visit, please drink plenty of water and come with a full bladder.
You will be asked to fill out paperwork when you arrive about your pregnancy and current health.
A staff member will make a copy of your photo ID.
After your paperwork is complete, a member of our staff will have a brief counseling session with you. We will ensure your paperwork is filled out correctly, answer any questions, concerns, or fears you may have, and discuss what other services or resources we may provide for you.
We will ask you to provide a urine sample and will walk you through the process of taking and reading a pregnancy test.
If the result is positive, we will move to the ultrasound room or schedule you for an appointment for an ultrasound. Due to our sonographers schedule and availability, you will need to make an appointment in advance to get an ultrasound the same day as your initial appointment. We would also ask that you be between 7 and 27 weeks pregnant to qualify for an ultrasound from our clinic.
During the ultrasound, you will get to see your baby and receive an estimated due date.
After your ultrasound, we have a baby care package for you and you will have the opportunity to make an appointment for any follow up services.
